Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. All sales are final, we do not accept returns nor provide refunds for change of mind.

All products must be used for the intended purpose and we are not responsible for any damage or injury caused as a result of fixings, installation, placement or misuse.

Please note that a natural feature of solid timber is the varying colours, grains and textures. Features on Australian Hardwood include fiddleback markings and visible gum veins. No two pieces of timber will be the same and the beauty of timber is that every piece has come from a tree that has lived a unique life. Your item will vary from the photos listed for each piece. Splits and cracks may develop as the timber responds to the environment and these are not to be considered a fault or flaw and will not compromise the construction of the pieces we make. As with all natural materials, Australian Hardwood is affected by light and overtime the character of the piece will change slightly.

Faulty or damaged goods

We take the upmost care to ensure all products are sent to you in perfect condition but should you have any concerns with your order please contact us at hello@jemmervaledesigns before returning your order following instructions below.

For faulty products, Jemmervale Designs offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details; your full name, your order number, the reason for returning the product, and your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
