These two rooms scored a perfect 10, 10, 10! We were delighted to have three of our products in this winning room by Steph and Gian. With a simple colour palette and natural features of timber and leather, our pieces were the perfect fit for this Japandi kids room!

The old adage, “one mans trash is another mans treasure” certainly applies here as our sawdust has a happy home in many local gardens in our area. Sawdust is a great addition to compost and we regularly supply a few avid gardeners with sawdust that becomes the most fertile and rich soil; and the life cycle is complete!

We are so fortunate to have been recognised by many publishers around Australia, and Internationally, who have showcased our handmade products in their publications. It is such a joy to know that our pieces are worthy to displayed alongside other pieces by huge international designer brands.

“You can’t build that!” Were the four words that sparked the beginning of our artisan journey. After having two delightful girls, I was keen to have a cubby house for the backyard. Every cubby that I liked was well beyond our budget and I really didn’t want a cheaper ugly one. So when Paul put forward that he would take some long service leave to build the girls one I unhelpfully responded with “You can’t build that”, which then spurred Paul on to prove me wrong. And prove me wrong he did!

Our furniture made another appearance on the 2022 season of The Block Tree Change.

We began selling our products through The Block Shop in early 2019 and we have loved working with the team at The Blocks Shop for several years now. We feel really privileged to have our items sold alongside some great products from all over Australia. This has lead to opportunities for our pieces featured in many series of The Block, for which we are very grateful for the experience.

Thanks to Daniel and Jade we made our first appearance on The Block in 2020. They featured our Bath Caddy with a wine glass slot in their gorgeous master ensuite. See below for some pics! This space wasn’t the winning ensuite, but we still think it is such a stunning space. The fish scale tiles certainly hit the brief of the vintage 1930s style of their home but had a classic modern twist. We loved the size of the bath, and underneath the beautiful window it would be such a wonderful place to soak all your worries away.

2021 was a huge expansion year for us, and also saw us feature in not one room, but three spaces across two different homes on the 2021 series of The Block. In addition to this, some of our pieces were also used in a challenge space by the Fave’s later in the series. Firstly, we were discovered by Fan’s Kirsty and Jesse again for a master ensuite. They chose our Bath Caddy along with a matching Round Stool…
