Our Classic Shelves are a timeless addition to any space, meticulously handcrafted from exquisite Victorian Ash timber. Each shelf exudes simplicity and sturdiness, perfect for showcasing your cherished mementos or providing a stylish storage solution. With an effortless installation process, the two small black brackets allow for easy mounting, offering the flexibility to position the hardware above or below the shelf to suit your preference. They are hand-rubbed with a high-quality, plant-based, 0% VOC Hardwax Oil that darkens the timber to a rich brown and is also provides a durable protection for the timber. Please note that each listing is for a single shelf; the photos in the listing show a quantity of two shelves to demonstrate how they can be paired together. Each shelf also includes beautiful small black brackets that can be used below or above the shelf. In addition we include plaster wall mounts for easy fastening to any plastered wall surface.

Please note that all our timber is hand selected for each shelf, however as Victorian Ash timber is a natural material it will vary in both colour and grain to the photos above. Features of Victorian Ash include fiddleback markings and visible gum veins. The timber may also range from varying shades of brown. As with all natural materials, Victorian Ash is affected by light and overtime the character and colour will change slightly. These natural features are a unique and beautiful characteristic of the timber. Please also keep in mind timber can expand and contract due to varying temperature and environmental conditions in your home.
